About the CWRC Director

     Dr. Michael Bradley has taught at Motlow State Community College since 1970. He holds the Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University and has a life-long interest in local history and the War Between the States. Dr. Bradley has taken vignettes from local history and has written four books of stories based on these events. The books are; Old Times There Are Not Forgotten, To Live and Die in Dixie, In the Land of Cotton, and Early on a Frosty Morn. In addition to these stories, Dr. Bradley has written, "Tullahoma" The 1863 Campaign for Control of Middle Tennessee" available from the Motlow College Bookstore or Amazon.com.
